Electromagnetic design
Air gap between the stator and rotor core is smaller, therefore, our SG series generators have higher efficiency, compared with the products from other factories.

Excitation system
Excitation stator lamination is made by cold-rolled silicon steel sheet,with one or two high performance magnets, so the temperature rising of exciter is low, it will not lose excitation. Excitation start faster, easy to build pressure.Normally , when speed reach 600-700 rpm/min ,it is able to built pressure.

Mechanical Design
The biggest improvement is that, between driven disk and shaft,we adopts interference fit ,instead of key connection. Our advantage is that the process is more simple, the size is more precise,connection is more reliable.

A: Our current alternator power range is from 6.5 kW to 3 MW. In addition, we are actively developing high-voltage generator, which will be launched in the near future.

Q2: Are your alternators made of 100% copper?
A: Yes. We guarantee that our alternators are made with 100% pure copper windings.

Q3: What is the winding pitch and insulation class of your alternators?
A: We only manufacture alternators with a 2/3 pitch winding, and the insulation class is Class H.

Q4: How many series do you have?
A: We offer eight series, including DC generators, lighting tower generators, and pancake generators.

Q5: What is the delivery lead time?
A: The standard delivery time is 14 to 20 days, depending on the order configuration and production schedule.

Q6: What is your warranty policy?
A: The warranty period is 18 months from the date the goods are dispatched from the KWISE factory.
During the warranty period, if any quality-related issues occur, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
After the warranty expires, replacement parts will be supplied at cost for ongoing maintenance.
